At a minimum of 50p a shot thats 10 million£ wasted. A simple poster in all nhs premises and pharmacies plus main staions and supermarkets would fine most people who also can access tv/radi/newspapers.NHS direct is free to access and GPs can be provided with some information and mail funding to know housebound but (unlikely) at risk patients. 

 £10 + will fund  vast amounts of Tamiflu medication; around 750,000 course.

What will do most good ? waste less paper and indicate government concerned with practical help for citizens  and not Brownspin every time an issue occurs.
